Party Wall Spandrel Panels provide a functional timber wall to separate areas within a roof space to provide a dividing/party wall between apartments, two dwellings in a semi-detached house or between houses within a terrace.
Gable End Spandrel Panels are designed to form a structural wall to create an exposed/external face of a building. This is an increasingly popular choice as they reduce time on site by providing an alternative to the inner leaf of an exterior masonry wall at the gable end of a building.
Each of our timber spandrel panel complies with current buildings standards and regulations and are manufactured in our on-site, modern timber factory. They are supplied with lifting points for easy installation onto your roof using a crane and also prevents any damage on installation. This ideal roofing solution is often delivered with our Roof Trusses.
